NBR Lister Graeme Hart garnered headlines last year when his company Pactiv Evergreen shut down a huge packaging plant in North Carolina, laying off more than 1000 people in the rural town of Canton. The locals were not happy about it, but subsequent headlines suggest further collateral damage.
