Mainzeal’s Richard Yan bankrupted
The failed construction company’s former boss hasn’t yet paid anything towards a Supreme Court order of $60m, liquidators say.

More than a decade after Mainzeal went into liquidation, its former boss Richard Yan has been bankrupted.
The construction firm collapsed in 2013 leaving creditors and subcontractors $111 million out of pocket.
